how do i make my Pages not display in header?

these are Pages i’ve created. they’re NOT in a menu but the Pages still display in the hierarchy which i’ve created them on the Wp Add New Pages area. i don’t know how to get rid of them?
the blue menu bar is Dropdown Menu Widget.
