how do i instal a site stats thing on my blog?

    I have seen alot of blogs with a site stats counter thing how do i install one of those and where do i find such?

    Depends on what type of statistics you mean – statistics on visitors, or statistics on your blog’s content.

    Visit counters: I usually use Visit Counter in conjunction with Widgetize Anything. You may have to tinker with the permissions on the Visit Counter plugin. Either 755 or 777 should work.

    Content Statistics: http://lesterchan.net/others/downloads.php – Look for WP-Statistics. It’s number 19 on the page. He also has plugins that show the statistics for Post Views, Post Ratings and Users Online. There is also another plugin called Generic Stats
