   First, I'm pretty sure I have backups, but I don't know where they are or what they are called. Please give me a hint as to what the filename would look like or the extension.

   And then, is it better to import from WordPress admin site or from the PHP Admin site? Or does that depend on what kind of backup I have.

   Feeling lost, please help. My old blog is gone, so I cannot re-back it up. I just have to find my backup and get it up somehow.

   Thanks, but I've read that and I don't know what the file is to choose to import.
