I see articles all over where part of the post is in a light blue bubble. For the life of me I cant find a plug in for this - Does one exist - if not how are they doing it. Is it hard.

Posted 8 months ago #It's most likely an HTML blockquote with some CSS styles added for the highlight. The blockquote HTML can be added from within the editor but I'm not aware of a plugin that simply adds styles for a blockquote, that's more of a theme thing. Try adding a blockquote and see if your theme has any fancy styles already set for it.
