   I'm a newbie using the 2011 template.
   I want to stop child pages appearing as drop downs on the menu.

   From trawling around the forum, I know that I need to find wp-list-pages and alter it to depth=1 (or have I got that wrong?). Trouble is - I can't find it.I've looked in header.php and sidebar.php and in a number of other places, with no luck.

   I'd be grateful for any advice.

   Just remove them from the menu:
