Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

the form is pretty much stock though. I just want to know why my subject displays as [your-subject] and how to have a confirmation message
RE: Emails have [your-subject] even if the Subject field is filled out. How can I fix this?
Could be error in your Mail – Message body: section, which is why I asked for this info.
RE: When the form is filled out and sent, there is no confirmation, it just goes back to being a blank form again.
Mail was not sent when I tested – “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
Could be due to the From email address you are using, which is why I asked for this info.
You did something wrong while configuring it inside of contact form dashboard.

Don’t think so, I sent myself a test email and I’ve been receiving messages from visitors, so I know it’s working. I’ve also just sent another two, and they worked.

Thanks, my contact form said Website email rather than your-subject. That’s fixed it, thanks. I also see it now has ‘your message has been sent’ appear below the submit button.
But, I also have a ‘how did you hear about us’ drop-down box, and it doesn’t show in my email
