How do i get wordpress off of my url

Hello everyone, I would like to know how to get the wordpress off of my url, i tried following the Directions, but im stuck on number one (lol), it said “Create the new location for the core WordPress files to be stored”. I’m kind of a noob, can someone please help me. Thanks in advance.
