How do I get the scheduler page on the menu?

I just installed the plugin and it looks neat. But I am having a problem that a couple of people have experienced in the past. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find the solution in the support responses so I apologize for having to post this question again.

I installed the plugin, a “scheduler” page with no parent page was created, but, the page does not appear in the Pages widget, nor in the primary navigation menu. I have looked through all of the settings in the Plugins->Scheduler options, but I do not see an option that controls whether or not the page appears in the menu or the widget, and so I have been unable to figure out how to do it.
