   I have just transferred a plugin file to the Filezilla Plugin folder but it does not show up in the Manage Plugins page of WordPress when I go to activate it. Bot two other plugins in that Filezilla folder are showing in the WordPress Manage Folders page.

   Can anyone suggest how I can get those files into WordPress?
   I would be grateful if anyone can help,

   You have to put them in the correct folder and make sure not to "nest them". So wp-content/plugins/pluginfolder/pluginfiles, rather than wp-content/plugins/pluginfolder/pluginfolder/pluginfiles.
   That should do the trick.
