How Do I get ALL markers to appear on the map, not just listed underneath

I must be doing something wrong — I put the layer shortcode onto a page, and when the map loads none of the markers are on the map. You have to click on the marker from the list to see it on the map.

I would like to see all the markers on the map at once.

What am I doing wrong?
