   The blog that i work on is http://www.virtualvoiceconnect.com which I believe has slipped into maintenance mode without permission before a log out.

   Now I can't get access to the admin panel, I have no access to the site root folder as I didn't design the website, or an FTP client.

   How do I regain access to the admin panel or disable the plug in?

   Hi,

   Try accessing your panel from http://www.virtualvoiceconnect.com/wp-admin.php or http://www.virtualvoiceconnect.com/wp-login.php.
   Input your login info and you should be able to access the panel and view the site.
