    No further detail needed. That is a characteristic of an absolutely positioned menu as it increases in length. It is a design feature. You have three choices. Put up with it. Scrub the footer. Or switch to a CSS 1 float positioning scheme and add a clearer div to the index.php. There is a working model to be found in theGemini Template
