I'm trying to set my blog up with networked blogs and I can't seem to get my feed url right so it can pull my posts. My blog url is mjbphotographyanddesign.com/home What would my feed url be?

Your Feedburner link is broken:
<ahref="http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=Mjbphotographyanddesigncom&loc=en_US">You need a space between a & href
Your feed is usually your URL followed by "feed"
i.e. http://mjbphotographyanddesign.com/home/feed
If you plan to change your home URL later to http://mjbphotographyanddesign.com/ then your feed will be http://mjbphotographyanddesign.com/feed and you'll need to go into your Feedburner settings and change it there.

Ah - you are not using pretty permalinks (i.e. your links look like this: ?page_id=180) so this URL will not work:
http://mjbphotographyanddesign.com/home/feed
