   Hi, i just got wordpress installed on my server and i have no idea how im supposed to edit anything, ie. change the text at the top, change catorgeries, etc.

   I know it sounds silly, but im not good web writing or whatevre you call it.

   did you look over the docs?

   I see "Editing Files in WordPress" right there :)

   thanks for fast reply, im trying to setup the catogeries but, they wont show up and when i make a new one its number 8 or 8 when it should be 2, and the defualt catogery isnt showing up now! im confused!

   I think whoo thought you were asking how to edit template files and what not, although the link she gave would be the place to start for getting started...

   You'll need to be more detailed if you're having a problem. No offense, but we're not mind readers. What specific admin page are you looking at, what exactly are you trying to do, etc.

   And do start by taking a good look at the documentation if you haven't already.
