How do I edit meta data for paginated pages (2 posts)

Is there an easy way to update my paginated posts' meta data? Or, should i just rewrite them as new posts with each individual paginated page as its own post?

    More details:
I used the breaks to divide information about multiple destinations visited in a single country. So, each paginated page should probably have its own SEO meta data BUT I have no idea how to do that. I'm using the All in one SEO plugin. Leaving the metadata the same for all the paginated pages is not a good option for me. It's an okay band aid while I sort this out.

So, I guess my question is....which option should I take 1) leave in the pagination - if so, How do I add meta data for each specific paginated page. or 2) redo the posts, dividing each paginated page into its own post, which would give me options to add meta data when i resubmit the post.

Either way, it seems like I've got some work ahead of me, so I'm posting here to help make the process as efficient as possible. Obvious considerations include what's best for google, bing etc, and i have limited knowledge of coding and poking around into the html.
