When I went to edit my homepage it no longer shows up under the pages section. The only ones that are there are Blog and Privacy Page but on my homepage it only shows Home and Blog and not the privacy page. Can someone please explain this to me.

The home page is not generated the same way as the other pages, so you cannot just go in and "edit" the home page the way you can the other pages you've created. I am still new to this, so I cannot give much more help than this, but I know part of it is editing your template files and widgets. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but maybe this will point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the info so far. But when I go to the pages section shouldn't I see a link to Home just like I do for Blog and Privacy?

No. Your current home page will be a list of your recent posts that is generated on demand. There is no Page unless you opt for a static front page.

Then how do I correct a problem? The title of my site is Fast Natural Hemorrhoid Treatment but at the top of the banner on my home page it reads FastNaturalHemorrhoidTreat
This is getting ridiculous.

"FastNaturalHemorrhoidTreat" is in the actual image you uploaded as your header image (http://www.fastnaturalhemorrhoidtreatment.com/wp-content/themes/lifestyle/images/header.png). Fix it in the image and reupload it.

I didn't download any header image. This was a free website from you guys for signing up. This is how I received it.

Unless your thinking of WordPress.com, WordPress does not make, sell, or provide websites. It's software that you install yourself to a webserver. If you received your website from someone, you need to talk with them. The people in this forum are just other WordPress users that like to help out people.
