Need to put up a chunk of text with a link that ONLY appears on my front page, and it's in my sidebar.

My site is http://www.glossynews.com and I'm using a WooTheme (Gazette), and I'm trying to figure out how to show something in the sidebar, but only IF it's the index page... how do I do that?

Something like this would appear right under the sidebar ARCHIVE image:

If you're looking for a story you can't find, please go to our Contact Page.

But I ONLY want it to show up on the front page... please help?
