   I tried to do a search on this, but couldn't find anything specific. As it stands, any word that is placed after the wordpress URL, it searches the DB for any post that starts with that word.

   i.e. http://www.scottmindeaux.com/wordpress

   Finds the first post that has WordPress as the first word of the title of the post.

   How do you turn that feature off?

   I too wish that there was a way to have WordPress searches ignore search terms found in URLs.
