   How can I delete Post Teaser, I didn't insall it and it is NOT showing up on my list of pluggins, so I can't deactivate it. When I go to the settings page, I don't see a way to turn it off. I would prefer not to use it.

   It's not a plugin but part of the native WordPress core. If your theme's template files use the excerpt() you need to amend them to use the the_content(). Then do not use the <--more--> tag in any posts.
