   Embarrassing as it is I don't know how to get rid of a pop up opt-in form I have on my blog. Can someone help please?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

   Did not work. Must not be a plug-in prob.

   Can we see your site using either Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven with all plugins deactivated?

   Did you sign up to Aweber? Have you installed an Aweber plugin?

   yes and I've deleted the form from their site.

   Try resetting the plugins folder by PhpMyAdmin.

   Don't understand PhpMyAdmin?!?! Can you say it in more simple steps?

    I'm sorry but there's no easier way to explain it. There are some basic instructions on using Phpmyadmin here.
