   Could someone please tell me how I customise the content of the file which contains this text so that I can remove and edit parts of the notification email received?

   I don't know where this is found, and would like to get rid of the whois and ip address part etc.

   I'm with you oimi. I haven't figured out how to change the "No Comments" link to "Click to Comment" in the post header...seems to make more sense if somebody wants to post something. I think it's cutting my likelihood to get responses.

   tstuff42 - You're talking about something different than the OP. Yours is a relatively easy fix. If you paste your code here I will help you with it.
