   Hello forum!

   I'm new to WordPress, but not unfamiliar with PHP/CSS/HTML.

   What I'm trying to do is create a custom theme. To get started, I've copied the default folder, gave it a new name, and edited the style.css comments to be unique (as described in Docs>Theme Management). From this, I intend to just fuss around and rebuild it from the default.

   I was trying to see my new/default theme (really just select it from the Appearance>Themes>Available Themes tab in /wp-admin) but it is not there :(

   How do I get my theme in that panel? Are there any steps I am missing?

   I've put the following into style.css:

   Theme URI: custom-homepage

   Author URI: ?(I have no idea what this guy is for)
   Version: 0
   .
   General comments/License Statement if any.

   */
