How do I create an RSS feed (3 posts)

To get my site into some indexes, I seem to need an RSS feed.

There's a page in RSS feeds on this site, but I have to admit that I have no clue what it is talking about.

As I understand it, I want to create a feed, that delivers infos about my post to everyone who uses a programm to request these infos.
But how do I enable that? I use the default WP theme with only some changes to the coloration.

Do I have to register for some service, or do I just have to add a new function to my page that makes the relevant infos accessible for feed reading programs?

I am at a total loss what to do here, I hope someone can point to the right direction. I have a suspicion that this is so unbelievable simple, that I'm just looking for a complex explaination where none is needed.

Yep! If you change your permalinks, your feed URL will look a bit friendlier ie. http://news.technophile.eu/feed

You can also sign up for Feedburner for free and get some tracking features (so you know how many subscribers you'll have) and to enable people to sign up to a daily email from whatever your RSS feed spits out.
