• Hello,

I just opened my WordPress account today and have been enjoying myself thus far. I have been searching the forums for awhile now trying to find a post that will explain how I can completely remove the header over my blog, without leaving any whitespace behind (i.e., I want the blog itself to be moved up in the absence of the header), to no avail. Can anyone help out? Thanks in advance!

Do you mean on WordPress.COM? Because right now you’re in the support forums at WordPress.ORG, where we deal with the self-hosted version of WordPress.

I’d suggest asking your question in their forums, if you are a new WordPress.COM user:

Hi, I signed up through WordPress.ORG, not WordPress.com. 😀 I’m hosting the blog through my website.

I still haven’t had any luck finding a fix for said issue. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in my response, and for the original misunderstanding.

Note “how I can completely remove the header over my blog” is rather vague. Not knowing A. what theme you are using, and B. what ‘header’ refers to on your blog, it would be difficult to suggest a solution.
