Here’s my issue, my WP is currently set at a width of 780px and I need to change it to a 960px.

Where do I go to (specifically, which file, style.css, etc.) to change the width of the entire WP THEME?

And, what code do I add, take away or delete?

    Thanks in advance.

  • The changes are made in your CSS file. Each theme does it differently so there is no generic answer. Most likely you will need to change it in more than one place. Start by changing all 780 to 960. Then view the site. You will see which sections need further adjusting.

Wise to make a copy of your CSS file before changing anything.

Hi, I would like to do the same. My site : http://www.Mbf-Translations.com.
I need to make the entire thing bigger, to eventually add another sidebar on the left.

@crewchief> so, did the changes work? where do you see find out the width of your theme in the first place?

    Thanks
