How do I change the size of my header background?

    Can anyone tell me how to chnage the size of my header background? Thats is to say that I have a header image that is smaller than the size alotted for the header and so there is just a big blank space on top of my header so I need to adjust the header background size, not the header itself. If it makes a difference I am using the mandigo theme. Thanks

    OK, so I was able to change the background size but now there is a large gap between the bottom of the header and the first post, what do I do to fix this, im not even sure what words to use to search for a solution.
