How do I change the location of the next/previous links?

Currently, your “next post/previous post” plugin is showing below the Post Title and date, but before the content of the post. We would like to have your “next post/previous post” plugin show above the Post Title….at the top of the page.
Also, on the bottom of the posts, we would like it right after the content….
How can we move your plugin around?
