how do I change the links at the top of my page?

    Where is says Home, Link 1, Link 2, Link 3, Link 4, how do I change the Link 1…4?

    I want to put different links there and not have the word Link there.

    How do I do this?

    any help will be great.

    I tried searching for this but I dont know if it has been discussed or not.
