wp-includes/js/tinymce/wordpress.css I think is what you are looking for. Changes here will be overwritten at the next upgrade.
Not there.. found no css file
weird..
Their are instructions on how to do it over here

But I am in agreement that the new font in the 3.2 editor is super ugly. Whoever made that change should be shamed into changing it back. Shame on you WordPress Devs for choosing a butt ugly font for the HTML editor.
I tracked down the change to this issue
http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/17640
and this change number 18102 markjaquith Use monospaced font for HTML editor. props iammattthomas. fixes #17640
I just love when people make decisions that affect everyone without having some kind of poll to get feedback from the community. I loved the HTML editor in 3.1 and it was my primary writing screen. Now I can't even stand to look at it because the font is so ugly. You would think we were back in the 1980 and still using a type writer. COME ON wordpress devs we have moved past monospace type and "most people" don't code with them. Arial or Verdana are so much better and easier on the eyes. You allowed one persons personal preference ruin a part of wordpress that many people use.
Please change it back, or give us the option to change it ourselves (in a way that won't get overridden when we upgrade)
Wow thanks for that, will look into getting that done tomorrow.
I am one of those people who has never used the visual editor. Didn't know they made the html one horribly ugly and the visual one readable.
And why weren't the users asked about this!

I have never got the impression that WordPress is a democracy. WordPress, at it's best, is close to a meritocracy.
Found a good fix..worked for me!
