   I have uploaded my new theme selection but can figure out how to change from the default to my new theme i want.

   Help>

   Log into your word press admin, click on the appearance tab, then click the themes tab, towards the bottom half of the screen you should see your new tab and click on the one you want to use. A pop up should appear and in the right hand corner where it says activate theme.
