Checking in with the same question. WordPress Codex claims there is a box at the bottom of the subpanel, but not so. I’m looking and looking and starting to feel silly.
Not silly enough to start changing visibility for each link one by one, however. It would be *really* silly to do that — surely WordPress offers a simple way to bulk edit the blogroll?

I’m also looking to randomize and only limit the number of links that show up on my blogroll at any given time. Codex claims that there’s a place to do it (and I know I could in old versions of WP, but not in 2.5). Any help?
If there is a way, I can’t find it. Anyone?
The only way that I have found is by using PHPAdmin and actually editing the original SQL tables. The problem is that my understanding of SQL is limited and I cannot figure out how to make the edits I make to the SQL tables connect with the link_category (my link categories) in the wp_terms and wp_term_taxonomy tables.
I have been looking for a better way to do this forever now.
Anyone discover anything brilliant?
