   I have been getting like 100 comments a day from 1 email, they are all junk , spam comments that are in a a different language. I want to block this somehow, it is going into my comments rather than my spam box.

   Please help, this is driving me crazy! How do I go about blocking this?

   in the Admin area goto: Settings > Discussion Settings >
   look for the part about: "Comment Blacklist", it says:

   When a comment contains any of these words in its content, name, URL, e-mail, or IP, it will be marked as spam. One word or IP per line. It will match inside words, so “press” will match “WordPress”.

   Also consider installing some anti-spam plugins:

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/akismet/
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cookies-for-comments/
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bad-behavior/

   Akismet usually does it.
