Hello I am looking for a plugin that creates a thumbnail after I upload a video similar to this site http://www.scarfaceblog.com After someone clicks on thumbnail I want it to go to page and play video just like its done in that website. I also want to know if there is a way to just upload video without having to click send to editor. Is there anything out there?
