How do I align icons on my navigation bar?

Hello everybody!
I’m new with this and have no CSS skills, so could somebody please help me!

I managed to put some fully functioning social media icons on the navigation bar of my site FunApproachtoBeauty.com
but now I’d like to change their position. I want them to be on the right side of the navbar and centered (not all the way down as they are right now).
The code I’m using is the following:

Could somebody give me a custom CSS code to do that and tell me where exactly should I put it?
