How Do I Alert People of Theme Upgrades

Actually Version: 3.01 🙂

Anyway…I am updating my theme “Minimal Xpert” to allow custom headers, wp 3.0+ menu support and a few design changes.

I was wondering how to use the Alert system in wordpress to let people know there is a V2 coming out.
