   Hi,

   I want to upload a podcast of about 4 Mb, but it says that it is too big ... something about php.ini ???

   I have been to 'Options' - 'Miscellaneous' ... but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to adjust this max file size setting.

   Where / how do I adjust this?

   I think this is a PHP limitation (i.e. not a WordPress limitation). You'll need to check with your server admin for this.
