How do I add to the greenbar to header?

    Hello everyone,

    I am trying to make my wordpress and zencart sites look identical.
    I am having trouble with the wordpress header. I would like to add the greenbar on top of the header from zencart to my wordpress site along with the navigation.

    I have already added the greenbar to my wordpress site, it is being used on the sidebars. But I want to add it to the header as well.
    How can I do this? Am I just missing a piece of code that I can install?

    Also I’d like to make the greenbar on wordpress a bit larger like it is on zencart. I tried to resize the image but that seemed to have no effect. Is there another way?
