   I was just wondering how I add one of those collapsible media players to my posts?

   Example (Look at the bottom of this post.)

   Let's assume you have properly uploaded and activated the plugin.

   Dashboard > Settings > Audio Player

   = page full of options for Audio Player version 1.2.3.

   I use this version as well on a couple of blogs. If you choose to use that version, the options are still Dashboard > Settings > Audio Player
   = an options page with 5 different tabs/subsections of settings.
