Okay, so I want to add notes to the end of some of my post. Some of my post contains affiliate links and some don't and I want to disclose the fact that a post has affiliate links. But I don't want the note to be part of the body. I want to do something like this: http://www.temptalia.com/estee-lauder-michael-kors-very-hollywood-collection-bits-bobs
Is there a way to do this? And please be specific as possible cause I'm a noobie. Thanks in advance.

Add the content in the code after the loop within the single.php. Basically hard code it in.
