Hello Aaron,
Well.. what type of font is it? Is it a typekit font?
There really is not a ‘streamlined’ way to use computer fonts (or ‘desktop’ fonts) in tinymce. Instead, we link to the font via a stylesheet, where the browser can load the font, and render it on the pages.
Now, you can use typekit fonts.. and link to them via the tinymce stylesheet or your front-end themes stylesheet, so they render properly.
There are many examples illustrating this implementation around the internet.
Pro, at this time, does not include the ability to use other fonts. Only Google fonts. However, I am currently looking at ways to add other types of fonts. Perhaps a new-future release 😉
Sorry it’s not the answer you wanted to hear. If there is a particular font you would like to use… I’ll be happy to help you implement it in the best way possible.
Just let me know!
