   I really like the compactness of the drop down menu in the upper right of this blog: http://www.nomad4ever.com/

   The default shows "Full Archives" and then it drops down to show a Date and Category list.

   Does anyone know where I can find the code or plugin to use such an option on my site (v 2.0, default Kubrick theme)?

   You need a widget enabled theme and sidebar widgets installed.
   The site you referenced is using a tweaked wp-andreas09.

   Thanks samboll, that widget worked well for the monthly archives.
