   I'm still trying to figure out how to add multiple pictures in one post with Lightbox. Can anybody please help? I also can't figure out how to create the thumbnails.

   Spamming the forum and insulting those of us who volunteer our time to help you for free isn't going to motivate anyone to assist you.

   To answer your question, you can't. That's not what lightbox does, it's not a photo gallery plugin.
