How do I add a drop down navigational menu?

    try the menubar plugin, easy to use and works very well.

    You need to check if your theme supports custom menus by clicking on Appearance>>>>Menus looks like you using weaver child theme.

    You can create menu and add the pages in menu and drag the 2nd level menu slightly to right under parent to create drop down.
