I would like to add a contact form to one of my pages. Is there an easy way to do this in WordPress, or do I need to resort to adding my own HTML and PHP in the page? If there is an easy way with WordPress, how do I do it?

In admin, go to plugins > add and search for Contact Form 7 - very easy to use and easy to customize. Here's a basic example
