   How can I add things like SURVEYS or POLLS on my site???
   I have a health and fitness site, and I want it to be fun and interactive (isn't that what blogging is all about?).

   Any suggestions/tips? My site is http://www.skinnytwinkie.com

   Also...how do I "place" in a particular spot on my site for all to see?
