I am glad to find WordPress has a support forum and I hope you can help me with this problem.
Two days ago, I was trying to follow the steps in this website http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory I had wanted to give WordPress its own directory, just for the sake of trying.
So I logged on to theadmin control panel for my website http://www.gospelofgraceandpeace.com
Then I followed Steps 1 to 5 and changed both the WordPress URL and Blog URL to http://www.gospelofgraceandpeace.com/home
When I clicked "Save changes", I saw an error message "404 Not Found", as mentioned in Step 5.
But I don't know how to proceed from Step 6 onwards. I don't know where to find the WordPress core files. They are not in my hard disk because I didn't install WordPress from my hard disk in the first place. My website was created and bought directly from Instantsuperstore.com on 30 July 2010.
I can't access my admin control panel anymore. I can still view the website http://www.gospelofgraceandpeace.com but the layout and formatting have changed. I can't access the other pages in my website too.
So, I would appreciate if you could advise me on how to access my admin control panel. Can I restore the WordPress and Blog URLs to the original URL http://www.gospelofgraceandpeace.com (instead of http://www.gospelofgraceandpeace.com/home)? I need to access the control panel so that I can continue to update my website.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your attention, and I wish you a pleasant day.
