   I just installed this plugin and now it tells me to go and sign up for a monthly plan: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/seo-keyword-suggestions/

   I thought WordPress is pretty strict about their guidelines:

   We are. But if you read their plugin page, it clearly states you need an account:

   Simply sign up for a HitTail account and install this plugin to get started. Once installed, we begin to analyze all your traffic to find the most promising keyword suggestions for your website.

   That's not against the rules :)
