How could I know how was infected my website? How get I these malware or malicious objects? I don't know how really.

I don't know how I got these malicious objects these malware. I have seen everyday 3 4 times in my Dashboard that entered on my website 3-4 americans or 3-4 ip-s from USA.
I made a scan with AVG and this is the report. How to remove these malware?

Calm down and read them again for some clue about from where the malware can get into your site! Perhaps your site's error logs can tell you more. Also, your hosting provider can answer your question as they are the the people who setup security settings for your site, apart from your own efforts to harden your site.
