   Hi

   I am new in the wordpress and have a very little bit knowlege about the wordpress. I want to know about the Settings -> Miscellaneous Settings how can we upload a image into it and where can we view this image please guide me in details about that and what is the use permalinks . please share your knowledge with about these two.
