   Hi!

   I am trying to change the author of a PAGE. Should be simple but...
   Although there is no problem concerning POSTS, it seems it cannot be done for a PAGE (at least out of the box)

   Of course pages can be deleted and recreated with correct user but I wanted to avoid this step.

   Any idea how I could proceed?

   You can change the author of a page exactly the same way as a post. There are many panels on both editors, some are hidden by default. Go to your page editor and open Screen Options in the top-right corner of the page, and just show the Author panel.

   Or from the pages list, use the quick edit option - that's handy if you want to change several pages.

   Well we feel sometimes quite silly opening a topic for such an easy solution but I promise I searched before posting...
   Following your answer, I just checked "Author" in the Screen Options and it worked perfect.
   Don't know why I didn't think about it. So obvious...when u know how :-)
